"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation).

"We fell in love! This is our first time with the Grand Velas brand. We normally stay with the impressions side of secrets but I’m glad we decided to try this resort. It has literally ruined it for us and we can’t see ourselves going to another brand. The service, food and cleanliness is at a meticulous level. We went for 6 days 4 nights. We never had a bad drink or bad food.
