"Clean, nice breakfast, decent pool (clean! But small, no hot tub). Excellent service staff, especially when I misplaced items. :)"

"The kiddie pool was cold. We asked about it and it was “fixed” but honestly it barely got warmer. There were lots of kids there but none stayed in that part for more than 10 mins. We have a toddler and we’re planning on spending most of our time in the playground pool but didn’t spend any time there. "

I initially thought it was just my room, but others in our group had the same experience across three different rooms. If the beds were upgraded, this would easily be a 5-star stay. "

"Breakfast was good, but before we could leave the room, a staff member just walked in our room without even knocking, but she did announce she was staff. We didn’t have the door locked. Or the hasp lock security connected that was our fault. Otherwise, everything else good she did apologize multiple times when checking out."

"Very nice lady at front desk, awesome pool and hot tub and the room was extra spacious and comfortable. Only thing was i wished the bathroom had a fan. Thank you for an awesome stay."

"Comfortable bed. Poor shower lighting. Windows not clean. Main level areas = Hallway floors not clean. Lots of glass requires cleaning. Elevators, too. Liked the hot tub but the pool area was cluttered...hoses laying about in the walking areas making for trip hazard. Fitness room thumbs-up!"

"Room was clean and cozy, air conditioning works great didn’t use the heat so wouldn’t know, hot tub was hot enough and very relaxing I’m 5’11 and I fit in the hot tub with plenty of room. Staff were nice. Over all a pretty good stay nothing negative to say. "
