"WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The reviews online were the very reason we chose Harrah's for the 2026 BRT weekend event. Our 2-night experience at the hotel however was the worst so far. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Front desk staff were unprofessional and very rude during check-in. They acted like they were doing you a favor. The rooms were dusty, smelly and unkempt. Carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The bathroom sink was clogged. We called for assistance multiple...

"Loud band in Rush lounge, close to front desk, made conversation at desk a bit difficult. Poker bar at Mexican restaurant closed very early for a weekend."

"I was actually very pleasantly surprised that this location. Extremely quiet and clean. The room was comfortable in the price was very reasonable for last minute. I would definitely book this location in the future."

"The room was so dirty, I swear I thought I saw a mouse cross by in the middle of the night. The room was on the back, be aware the train goes by, it is very loud. The guy in the front was rude, mu card doesnt have number to protect my privacy he was very upset since he claims they need to take a picture of it, not sure why, they asked us for $40 cash. I paid extra for the jacuzzi, dont. It is so nasty, so dirty."
