"My room was very dusty. The hotel was fine for a one night stay while we visited Hampton University."

I had multiple issues with my stay mostly with housekeeping not cleaning my room on my first and second nights. My room was also very dark. Several lamps did not work or did not light sufficiently. There were ants and hair in my shower when I checked in where it remained for 3 days before I finally removed it. I was compensated...

"The room we booked ended up having bed bugs. So my girlfriend and myself are covered in bites. The property manager offered to move us to another room, neither of us felt comfortable so we declined. We did get a full refund though. "

"There were items left in room and when I reported it the first time I was asked to remove them myself and set them outside the door. The second time I reported( next morning) it I was told housekeeper would be right up. The third time I reported (that afternoon after being out all day) the items were finally removed."

"Parking was good, AC and room over all was good but there was a lot of noise outside with loud music and people walking by talking loud during the night. Obvious illegal happening in few of rooms ."

"Dogs barking for over an hour at 7am. Someone trying to kick a door open and owners of the dogs fight and yelling because the dogs pooped all over the room"
