"Toilet leaked all night for straight three nights. It was terrible, I couldn’t sleep properly. This was not expected from Hilton. We called front desk and I went downstairs twice to tell them, they even arranged maintenance the next day but no one came for the entire stay and we were stuck with noisy situation. This hotel needs better management."

"It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way."

"Don’t get in the room first floor by the pool and outside door a lot of noise all hours. Hotel did not have fresh towels available each day and I was only there two days. Remote to tv did not work walked to front desk they didn’t have batteries for it. So no tv. There were other loud noises but the hotel doesn’t have control over but walls must be thin."

"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues — stains on the lampshade and bathtub, marks on the walls, mold/mildew behind the bed, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained overall. The condition of the room made it hard to feel comfortable staying here. I understand hotels can get busy, but basic cleanliness and upkeep should still be a priority. "The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. Breakfast during the week was very disappointing (only oat milk for coffee, only turkey sausage, no waffles). But Saturday and Sunday the breakfast buffet was very well stacked."

"Lots of road noise all night so the area is loud. The outside is a little run down but the rooms are like new and super clean."

"There was an issue with the toilet and they gave us a plunger but absolutely didnt resolve the issue, so going to the bathroom was an issue the entire stay, they didnt offer to mive us to another room nor did they try and compensate us for the inconvenience."
