"This BNB is just outside of downtown Utica, and just far enough that the setting is quiet, peaceful, and serene. The house itself is charming inside and out. The couple that own the house are very kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Since my own experience was exceptional, this BNB gets booked often, so one definitely should book well in advance. "Parking was easy and secure, and parked right in front of the door to the room I was in. I only give four stars for cleanliness. I don’t know if there were any ice machines or vending. They never mentioned any of those things and I didn’t even look for them. I don’t think there were any plastic cups in the room, but I’m not 100% sure. I brought my own bottled water. I think there should’ve been more towels, but I made due. Overall I give it a thumbs up, and the price was decent."
