"Good location.Rooms are small but efficient.
$200 hold is a lot for one night.
We were told it could be used at Hotel Bar.
That was not the case so staff was very mis informed."

"Decent size rooms for NYC. However for a 4 star hotel, the property is not as clean as it should be. There were food crumbs upon our arrival.
The hotel is also impossible to reach via phone. Tried the number on the site and via Expedia which always went to a full voicemail. Would not stay again."
