The front desk staff- especially Suzanne- were absolutely awesome. Each was helpful, considerate and professional. We had some changes to our plans and staff at Doubletree called me to accommodate my emergent needs. Rooms were perfect. View was wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our room was a little older and made lots of noise. We could hear the toilets flush in other rooms and the showers running, House keeping also came into our room while we were sleeping and then quickly apologized and closed the door, the beds were nice and the front staff were friendly but a little disappointed in the room.

There were many amazing things about the staff. The staff at the Doubletree were awesome. Some they are the reason we will always come back to the Doubletree. The amenities were not as great most of them. We didn’t know where they were and the pool was closed. It’s kind of one of the main reasons you stay at certain places and the breakfast staff priceless. I will definitely come back strictly because of the employees and the customer service from the guest room attendance to the maintenance that fix our broken toilet seat. Awesome awesome staff.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Perfect location! We booked the PERFECT room for the fireworks show! The bar/restaurant was awesome! Staff were friendly, helpful, and all around amazing! We will definitely be staying here again, even if for just a weekend getaway!

Makeup on pillowcases carpet was pulled up going into the bathroom. All of the furniture was beat up corners and edges were marked up really bad It looks very old and dated and not clean.

Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. The free shuttle service to Simmons Bank Arena for the concert we attended was smooth and easy. Beds were comfy. Our river view was nice. I wish we had had the convenience of a free breakfast and free parking but it is clearly noted before booking that both are available for an extra fee so I knew to be prepared beforehand. Will stay again!
