"We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the afternoon snacks and water and the 24 hour coffee and tea bar. The location is perfect, beachfront. With volleyball, miniature golf and a playground next door. The area is low key and relaxed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay."

"Not the cleanest and extremely noisy. You can legitimately hear people speaking at a normal volume in the next room. Not even just a vague sound, I could hear their whole conversation like they were in the room with me. The water pressure sucks and the facility knows it, and says there's nothing they can do about it. The wrist bands they give you to access the rooms/elevators barely work. Housekeeping and Valet staff were friendly and kind and wonderful, but other staff left a lot to be desired....

"We enjoyed our stay at Springhill for one night. The location is amazing and we were able to easily walk to the beach. Our room was clean and we had plenty of space. The only disappointment was that the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were completely empty…. Zilch. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Richard and Kayla, at the front desk. The property has some wear and tear that will probably need repairing eventually, but still clean and functioning. Location was EXCELLENT; the beach was visible and within walking distance from the hotel. Nice park, mini golf, restaurant and gas station all within walking distance. "

"The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!"
