"I had confusion regarding my booking, the small freezer box in the small fridge was not freezing, squeaky bathroom door, leaking soap dispenser by the vanity. I had to have the heat pump o. All the time to warm the room. Lots of moisture on the single glazed windows. Definitely will not return"

"The room was clean and very quaint! The owners were very nice and gave interesting insight into the wine making process in the valley. They made us feel right at home, and even gave us a few pieces of amazing fruit they had picked that day! The tasting they offer is a must-try; they’re doing things with wine nobody else is, and it works! The hot pools are also a fantastic way to relax after a long hike! The glass room in the olive grove feels like a portal directly to the Tuscan countryside!"

"Only down side is that i didnt stay longer! A very cute little cottage with everything you need. Good heating, a very warm and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and a lovely little deck outside your room and access to a private outdoor bath. This is very close to Roxburgh and Ettrick traven is just up the road. I would love to come back and stay here again. There is no staff on site and i had to go to the cafe next door to ask about how to access my room. The ladies in the cafe said...

"Our first stay in Alexandra for two nights was absolutely wonderful! The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean, the towels smelled fresh, and the bathroom was much bigger than we expected. The kitchen was also super convenient to use. There was a supermarket right next door, and a playground just five minutes away, which was perfect for the kids.
