"My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area."

"It serves our purpose- a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Motel was a bit dated but that doesn’t impact me much. Clean room which is a priority. boiled eggs at breakfast bar left out on counter instead of being kept in the breakfast fridge is my only minor negative. Overall, I got great value for the low amount paid for the stay and the location."

"Best hotel in Ashland by a substantial margin. Unless you are on a very tight budget, this is the place to stay. Clean and modern, professional staff, solid breakfast buffet. A little costlier than the alternatives but well worth it."

"The bed sheets didn’t feel clean. The fixtures in the room and bathroom and the bathroom door were all broken or not completely attached. The air conditioner smelled faintly of cigarettes."

"We had a room reserved for 5 people but they didn't have a place for 5. They told us that one person could sleep in an upright chair and we were not getting our money back."

"This is a local family destination from what I could tell. It's rather shabby with a young kids' pool. The pool has sprinklers, little slides, and basketball hoops. The deepest part is 3 feet. I stayed here at the end of May and it was noisy and crowded. Leave this one for the parents of toddlers and book somewhere else."

"The outside of the hotel was incredibly dirty with pizza box and cans on the floor, the outside furniture was also dirty as not having being cleaned for days"

"Management is not the friendliest, how are you going to tell your guests that they have to be in their room at 10pm."

"The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place."

"The property was really just a place we slept. I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast wasn’t top notch, but the staff were extremely friendly!"

"This Place was the Dirtiest Hotel I have EVER Stayed in ...Not Jus dirty but Layers of Grim in ALL of the " High Touch Areas .. The entire Maintenance staff should be let go ... The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was...
