"The hottub should be adult only. There were a lot of kids playing in the hottub splashing water everywhere. I decided to not get in the hottub. I can expect that in the pool, but the hottub is for relaxing. "

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Was driving from Phoenix to Denver when the first snowstorm of the year hit. Ended up sliding into a ditch and rolling over. My son was due into DIA, where I was supposed to pick him up, but I called the hotel to let them know, and they allowed him to check in and relax while I got things sorted out, thanks to Mia Next morning, both my son I thought that breakfast ended at 10:30, but Ella was kind enough to restart the washing and drink machines for us so that we can get something to eat. Don’t remember her name, but the reception is also arranged for me to have a late check out, as I’m not moving all that well. Can’t emphasize enough how much the kindness shown to me and my son meant invisible all this other stuff."

"Friendly staff and check in. Was under the impression breakfast was included. My mistake apparently as it is not but is offered for purchase. Beds were reasonably comfortable, however, there was hair in the shower and on a face towel. The pool smelled horribly of chlorine so I did not partake. Elevator was a bit scary as it was slow to open a couple of times. Myself and another guest found it scary. Stayed for business trip and was sure check out was closer to noon. However, at 915a housekeeping knocked on my door stating it was check out but I was 15 minutes from being ready to do so. I’ve already informed my company and we will not be using this property for future stays as I still have 5 weeks of stays to go."
