"My check in was fine we were met by an efficient, kind hostess.
The issue was the shower and check out… after my husband showered the tub would not drain. My husband had to clear a disgusting clog of hair and grime.. we had no time to call or go to a new room as we were in fishkill to attend my sons graduation early am at Mt St Mary college.
It was gross and time consuming but we took care of it. At check out the host was rude. I said matter of factly that I was not looking for a refund...
