Great location. Advertised as serviced apartment. Servicing was minimal. Apartment was great. Shabby entrance - almost like getting in through a side entrance. Access to the building through a plain door with code for entry. Once in, confronted with concrete apparently unfinished hallway. Access to one elevator which didn't feel too secure. Further entry code required to get access to the corridor with apartments. Corridor had screened off windows as adjacent to what looked like a building site. All very bizarre. Once inside the apartment, lovely except WiFi too slow to use Entrance was through a locked door with code

Liverpool Bloc stay

Just to say big thanks to Kashar (excuse if spelling is wrong) the receptionist from Poland, who was most helpful and professional. I will definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.

Great stay at Albert Dock, The Block

Great location on Albert Dock. Short walk to Liverpool One, Mattew street and ropewalks. Restaurants and bars at albert dock just metres away. Still a very quiet apartement, perfect!

La struttura è uguale a quella presentata nell'offerta (a volte purtroppo non è così) pulito e ordinato; la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile; alcune rifiniture della struttura da ristrutturare

Plush towels & plenty of them. Daily freshen up appreciated. Spacious. Quiet despite ongoing nearby works. Not previously aware part of building/demolition site. Needs more furniture & comfortable sofa. Kitchen table rickety. Needs total refresh & update. Toilets too high & difficult to flush. Exhaust fan in kitchen missing filters & also did not work. Disappointed as did not look anything like photos on website.

Ideal location,apartment was more than adequate for our one night stay and would recommend We arrived just before mid day and went to drop our bags off,due to the accommodation being ready we were able to go into it then ,a bonus

Lovely Apartment no Twin Beds

Booked an apartment for myself and 3 friends. On arrival, we were disappointed to discover that the 2 bedrooms had what appeared to be smaller than double beds. Two of us ended up sleeping on couches in living room.

I liked the position I didn't like the cleanliness, bathroom sink plug full of hair, was disgusting! Lamp in bedroom didn't work, as the lamp in main living area. Dishwasher door did not open properly.

Lift was broken so climbed 4 flights of stairs, it was cold in hallway to room, some lights didn't work on the way up and there was a poo left in one of the toilets. Bed was very comfy.

Nous avions un appartement pour 5 personnes qui était très agréable. Cependant la propreté est à améliorer... De plus, le premier jour, nous avons dû aménager le canapé-lit afin de pouvoir y dormir dedans (cela n’avait pas été fait!). L’insonorisation est à revoir... on entend tout et on a l’impression que les personnes qui marchent dans le couloir sont dans notre chambre! Hôtel très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied des Docks et à 10 minutes de Liverpool One. Personnel aimable. Toutefois, en quittant l’hôtel, nous leur avons demandé de nous réserver un taxi... ils nous ont réservé un taxi pour 4 personnes alors que nous étions 5...!!! De plus, il ne passe pas par la compagnie officielle.

Perfectly located next to the Arena and close to restaurants and shopping centre. Apartment is very clean and modern and quiet despite being close to various attractions .
