"The second I came in I felt welcomed. Staying for about two weeks and while I feel like I've seen new faces every time, it was a consistent familial feeling. I believe his name is Amitesh. He's been the best, took care of the one accident I had and always had a smile on his face. The times I came in during their shifts Adrian, Katherine, and Joely were all a pleasure even when they were busy with their tasks. Even the maintenance guy Walter always greeted me! "I found the staff demonstrated over & above customer service..I felt comfortable snd safe. It’s a family place for a safe stay while you come & go.. the parking was well lit as well. I was traveling alone to attend a wedding and other families were coming & going to soccer games..with that said, it’s important families and people traveling alone feel comfortable and safe. Thank you for providing a welcoming place to stay."

"Pluses: Convenient. Easy to check in/out Everything you need Clean. Did a good job with breakfast. Negatives: Only suggest that if you have 4 people on reservations that you include 4 towels. Had to ask. We steered clear of the pool even though it looked nice just because of the sign which warns you to stay out if you have diarrhea. (If you have to tell people)..."

"Room smelled like urine. Second room was a little better. Found candy on the bed. Shower did not look thoroughly cleaned. Area was very suspicious and I did not feel safe (homeless, car break ins) But the cherry on top, the pullout bed mattress was absolutely terrible ( un known stains all over- no mattress cover) . I should’ve taken a picture but was so exhausted after a late check in, change of room & driving from the Bay Area that I didn’t. We survived the night but will definitely not be...
