"The bed and the pillows were the best ever. Had a great nights sleep. My view of the mountains was beautiful. Enjoyed the warm cookie upon arrival. Customer service at front desk was exceptional"

"El producto de limpieza es muy fuerte y solo tienen limpieza de cuarto después por la mañana"

"Breakfast was very good and nice to have that available. Great location"

"Beautiful rooms. Just a challenge with having no onsite staff (all via online system). Highly recommend."

"Clean and spacious. Didn’t use pool area. Bar and small bites available. Quick check in and friendly staff!"

"Room was fairly clean, although there was an M&M under the bed that should have been vacuumed up from the previous occupant. We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling after flushing that we reported and were given an interim solution because it was well after hours for maintenance to repair. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and never had a problem. Service at the restaurant/lounge was fantastic. The minor incident wasn't enough to cause us not to return again in the...

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having a separate sitting area with comfortable seating"

"Very clean hotel. The walls are paper thin and most of the rooms are connecting, which makes the walls seem even thinner."

"LIKED: !. staff 2. proximity to airport and I-293 3. clean room 4.room design 5. breakfast 6. reasonably priced bottled water at /near front desk. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. carpet in elevator is old and doesn't look clean-needs replacing. 2.some other areas outside room could ve used fresh paint. 3.the parking spaces in the front are really small and while there is parking in back, as a female guest, parking in front is more secure-likely nothing more cam be done w parking in front. 5. I booked...

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and great to talk to, food was good (lots of options), it had everything we needed and I loved the hotel rooms."

"For the price I paid for a one night stay couldn’t be beat compared to where I usually book when I come to Bedford. However, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the hallways were so dim and creepy I felt like I was in the shining, and I could completely hear the guests conversation in the room next door to me through my bathroom vent. I think next time I might just spend the extra money."

"The bathroom did not have enough counter space and towels were too thin. The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of items. The coffee station available 24 hours was much appreciated. The decor of the hotel could use some updating."
