"Staff ma"

"The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay....

"Nice Hotel , Bar was closed at 10.15 pm No Room service apart from that i would recommend"

"No power sockets by the bed so as a cpap user this was an initial issue but I typically travel with an extension lead to mitigate this issue. The bedrooms are very dated. Beds are comfortable but things like the room hair dryer are very very old and last no longer than 5 minutes. Our room included access to the spa but didn't provide any robes but others did have them so an isolated issue."

"Excellent spa facilities. Clean rooms and comfortable bed"

"All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was very reasonably priced at £4.50 for a a Continental breakfast with pastries, fruit, cereals and yoghurt along with tea/coffee."

"Room was very well appointed. Staff very attentive and helpful. Plenty of parking £5 for an overnight stay. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.I hate scrambled eggs and asked for fryer and those were delivered to . Huge thanks to all the staff. X"

"The hotel is a little tired in places and needs a refurb. However, the staff were fantastic and friendly. The food was excellent."

"I had a pleasant stay at Rossett Hall . I only stayed 1 night d I was attending a family wedding. The room was spacious , very clean and fresh . The staff were pleasant helpful and welcoming. I didn’t have a cooked breakfast but enjoyed the cereals , fruit , yoghurt , juice and toast. I travelled by car but the bus stop is nearby for easy access into Wrexham or Chester. I recommend Rossett Hall for a short stay to visit the surrounding area."
