"We had a wonderful stay at the Ixora Hotel and Spa Our room was ginormous so moving around in my electric wheelchair was so easy as was going into the bathroom which was fully fitted and adapted for an amputee. The one disappointment in the bedroom was the minimal amount of wardrobe facilities and no particular place for cases. The lack of soft furnishings or even hard chairs in the lounge area was so severe that we were required to retire to our bedroom."

"So glad we found this hotel. Great location, beautiful property and very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was top notch, including the free breakfast. Short walk to downtown Conwy. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay! Jake and David went above and beyond helping us with our luggage situation after our taxi cancelled on us at the last minute. Nathan was always there with a friendly smile and was so helpful throughout our stay. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated the great service. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This is the second time stopping in this Hotel The staff are excellent The manager Javid is a real nice guy very friendly and helpful I have found this place very clean Good outside front seating area nice garden overlooking the sea and lovely inside seating to relax good bar as well !
