"I booked my stay with breakfast included. However, when I arrived for breakfast on the morning, I was told that only a continental breakfast was included, and that I would have to pay extra for a full breakfast. This was very misleading, as one of the main reasons I booked this stay was because I believed breakfast was included as stated in the booking. The booking information did not clearly state that only a continental breakfast was provided. Although the staff apologised, I was still charged...

This was a great choice as the hotels location was ideal, being a few hundred yards from the start of the Llanberis path. "Good rooms. Great restaurant onsite where I ate every evening. On my 1st day, I arrived past 9pm when kitchen was already closing but they still made me food which was nice. Location is not in the center of the town but this should obvious to anyone by looking at the map. The hotel is close to some nice hiking trails. Great place to rest after exploring Wales."
