"Excellent customer service, very friendly. Booked a single room but was upgraded to a double, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. All round amenities of the hotel very good, clean throughout and centrally located for all the best Llandudno has to offer."

"Hotel is situated right in the centre of Conwy so great for walking to all of the sights. A beautiful old building with lots of character and very nice bar and restaurant. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean with stunning antique decor .There is also parking at the back with plenty of spaces and also across the road, parking for hotel guests too.
The staff were all lovely and helpful and we absolutely loved our stay at the Castle and will definitely be back ! "

"Great break with lovely friendly staff.
The doggy diner should only be for people with dogs and not for guests to play trivia pursuit whilst we eat. This was the only place we could eat with our dog, but the couple were so annoying, that we ate in our room and didn't bother to dine again."
