"Turned up at 14:35 after travelling a few hours to be told by receptionist that we couldn’t book in till15:00. She didn’t take our names to check if room was ready just to come back at 15:00 hrs. Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room.
