"Very good location only a few mins walk from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Facility and the room was modern and clean; washroom was excellent with hot water for a shower. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Only minor issue is ventilation (I opened the window but some bugs flew in)."

"The hotel is located 5 minutes off the main busy street, besides a river so you get that “retreat” vibe. Hotel owner was very friendly and always check up on you to make your stay comfortable. Clean room and nice lounge area to relax with coffee and tea overlooking the river and mountain is really nothing I can get better with. "First and foremost, the staff here are so extremely sweet! There are about a million stairs to climb in order to get from the street to the hotel, so be prepared for that. There is no elevator, but the staff take your bags up to your room for you. They have a lovely breakfast buffet and there is always a full container of drinking water in the lobby to fill water bottles. "La atención del personal es excelente, el lugar está limpio, es súper agradable que incluye desayuno y cena y la calle es linda; sin embargo, la comida es muy mala, me cayó muy mal la cena la primera noche y deje de consumir en el lugar.
