"Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again."

"Está un poco retirado del centro. Hay transporte público al centro o taxi. La gran ventaja es q es muy amplio apacible y bonito. Nos alojamos lo por estar en el camino de partida a Santa Teresa"

"There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone."

"Right in the center of town, we got up in the morning (they actually packed up aTakeaway breakfast for us) and walked four blocks to the train. They were actually very helpful the next day when it turned out, our agent had not planned for our return to Cusco so we got back to the hotel and they called a friend who got us a taxi. We were pretty tired. They went above and beyond. I’d recommend this place to anybody going to MP"

"We showed up late and had some trouble checking in as the staff was very tired and tried to group us in another room with another tourist. We technically never checked in or out. The staff kept telling us we didn't have to. Nice beds quiet spot."

"The property is up of a 60 steepy wet slippy step staircase.(Dark at night time). Not recommendable at all for elderly and knee or hip issues. I was changed by the owner for a nearby hotel(1min distance) called Gringo Bills, but instead of my queen size bed bedroom(i had paid) i was given a rough single bed bedroom, the abat-jour not working, cold sink water, plus the room was next to the breakfast and reception so impossible to sleep as people go for it at 5/6am and the housekeepers started...

"There was no soap in the room when we arrived, so we had to request it. The shower had hot water, which was appreciated, but the bathroom was extremely small. The sink was awkward to use because it sat on top of an uncomfortable counter that left very little space. The room itself was small but included the basic amenities you would expect. "Staff was very friendly, location was great, clean and in the midst of all the excitement of Aguas Callientes. Hotel is situated amongst other hotels/apartment buildings; distance between buildings is a narrow alley. My room was on the 4th floor (btw, no elevator so be ready to be walk up some flights)…Either my next door neighbors brought their Xbox and were playing “Call of Duty” with the blaring sound of machine guns and the volume turned up high or it was the residents who lived across the...
