"The staff is super friendly. They let us check in a few hours early. They have a beautiful lobby and thet are located next to the river- the sound of the running water is amazing. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They serve a great breakfast as part of your stay. And they kept our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend them. Sandra"

"Had a great stay at Rock Rivers. The staff also coordinated with my girlfriend to surprise me with Peruvian wine, cake, and a decorated room for my birthday when we arrived. We arrived very late (around 9p) and were quickly checked in. The rooms are clean and warm. The free breakfast is a great benefit. Had an enjoyable stay here!"

"While the Location it’s amazing and the surrounding area, the fact that it is on the main strip is super the property itself lacks a lot of attention the lack of flowable running water hot water at that is very minimum you ask for help and they expect you to be OK with lukewarm water in freezing temperature. "This hotel is well, located near the train station and a busy part of town, perfect for seeing what Aguascalientes has to offer. It was clean and comfortable and a great value for the price. If you're a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs; most of the town seems to be pretty active until late at night. What really tipped this into five stars though, was the staff. "Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work."

"+ Very friendly staff. The rooms look like the pictures. Good location. - Wifi sometimes stops working. As others said, there's not much daylight, it's due to the city though. If you want any sleep, don't accept a room facing the alley in front of the hotel! Local drunks use it as their assembly ground to drink until late in the night and the windows of the room have a gap in-between them, so there's zero sound isolation from the street. I could barely sleep a few hours.."

"they meet guests at the train station , this is great they offer delivering luggage to the train station which is great. it is possible to have lunch after checking out between the return from Machu Piccu and the train, which is great"

"The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes."
