"The property it self was just as advertised and shown in pictures. Our stay was pleasant and our kid had a blast at the pool and the kid activities. My only complaint was that at check in the process for each person was too long. There were enough people at the check in desk but they process to check each person in was so long. I believe we waiting about an hour to get our room keys. "

"This was our first trip with our son, he’s 7 months old and had a blast. The pools were wonderful. Food was delicious. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We went based on recommendation from my husbands parents who took my husband when he was 10 years old. 0 years later it seems like it’s just as great as it was then! "

"We just returned from our amazing trip to the RIU palace. We had such a relaxing trip. The food was amazing and the staff were so wonderful. Thank you again for the amazing trip. Jose and Reuben were so attentive on the beach. Victoria was amazing and keeping our room clean with fresh towels everyday. My husband and I celebrated a romantic dinner by the beach and the service from Germaine and Alfredo was awesome. The food was amazing! We couldn’t ask for a better trip. We will be back again. "If you want to get away for the crowded side of Puerto Vallarta, this area is great. It’s about 25 min away from the Puerto Vallarta side but the beaches are better and quieter. The dining was great plenty of options, I recommend the Italian restaurant it was my favorite. The all-inclusive service was plenty, our room was cleaned and stocked daily with fresh items. The staff was friendly, and more than accommodating. The spa was ok little overpriced for its services. The lights in our room were on a timer and we had very limited and mixed use of them. They wouldn’t work when you needed them. Besides that everything was good. "
