This property (even though under construction) was extremely dirty, old, small quarters, we felt unsafe with a night club attached to the hotel that they wanted you after 9pm to even enter the hotel to go back to your room. We would never ever stay here again, and highly suggest other not to stay either. Our room was on the alley where the night club folks were out smoking and screaming till after 2am. The AC unit was sucking the cigarette smoke into our room. The shower was so dirty we didn't shower. 0 out of 5 stars. I have pictures to prove this if Expedia needs it. They also still have not removed the hold from my credit card and our stay ended 5 days ago. We are not happy!

When we checked in we weren't told about the bar and restaurant in the hotel. If I had known we would of definately went to both. The room was fine and the bed comfy!

While the bed was clean and comfortable, the rest of the room was beyond shabby(not unclean but worn out). The hallways had random upside down furniture and tables. Did not match pictures.

As a solo woman traveler, safety and cleanliness are really important. The Fallon Hotel fulfilled both -- a quiet downtown with the young family owners in residence. The bed linens and towels were immaculately white and the bed super comfortable. Also important to me is avoiding chain hotels where each one looks like the last. Travel should bring new experiences. The Fallon Hotel comes through again, a huge old building in a historic old town along the Susquehanna River. And it's a great opportunity for people who love old buildings to get a glimpse into one family's dream project (a big one ....). I think some rooms are more restored than others and the one I had still needed a few minor tweaks. But I loved the original sink and bathtub, the light fixtures, etc. I hope they continue to "lean" into and restore these special features that make for a true historic hotel experience. I'll definitely stay there again.

It was terrible! The hotel was under repair, had a terrible odor throughout, dirty with dust and clutter everywhere. What a farce on the pictures that was posted on the website. Our room was pre-paid and non-refundable and they refused to return our payment. We did not stay there. There were no other people in the hotel and we had to call a phone number to have a person come to the front desk after waiting for over 15 minutes.' I would never recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

It was fun to stay in such an old exquisite hotel. The owner was very helpful and escorted us to our room. The Wi-Fi password was easily obtained. And the beds were very soft and cushioned and received a great nights rest.

I loved staying at this hotel. The couple who own this are friendly and their vision for this building is charming. Will stay again, cant wait to see the progress in the renovations next time!

Decent older hotel going through a renovation. There is nightlife on the ground floor so perhaps not the best for light sleepers, I had no issue.

While The Fallon Hotel is still a work in progress, the exceptional customer service made a strong impression. The southern style food at the in house restaurant was very tasty. I can see this hotel becoming a top destination once the construction is complete.

Charming historic hotel in the heart of a scenic Pennsylvania town. We came here for a spur of the moment holiday road-trip and were very pleased with our stay. Owners are friendly and responsive, and though the building shows it's age they obviously put a great deal of care into keeping it up and running. 10/10 would stay again

This is an old hotel in need of extensive renovation. Room was clean. Bed was very soft. There weren’t many outlets and no WiFi. Proprietor was gracious.
