"My room nightstand was cover with maple syrup and coffee!!! The coffee stain was huge, how could it be missed! The clock had caked on dust so thick you couldn’t read the time. The lamp base on this nightstand had many long hairs on it! The bathtub drain didn’t work so you stood in your own dirty water! Who knows when the last time was that the bathroom floor was mopped… many stains. I had to get disinfectant from front desk to clean room and bathroom."

"We had a beautiful room with a wonderfully spacious and luxurious bathroom. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and had fresh linens. Breakfast was good, although we would have liked to be able to choose an egg without having to pay extra. There is ample parking, and the hotel is beautifully situated. "Our family stayed here to attend a college graduation nearby. The lake view and vibe were both amazing and peaceful. We were greeted by our hosts, they were very friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything , my sons enjoyed the canoe and paddle boards provided too. The 2nd night, the entire area lost power, we lost water too, that put a damper on the trip.."

"I travel to Ithaca often for work. My room (single king) was spacious and clean, a good table to do work. It was on the first floor, which I wasn't thrilled with. However, the desk is manned 24/7, so I felt a little better about it. There is a nature trail close by, if you're able, I recommend brining sneakers that can get muddy or hiking boots if you want to get some exercise outside of the small gym. Overall, good experience. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the beds were decently comfortable. The bathroom was outdated and the shower head needed replaced, but this was a fine place to stay last minute. "
