Floor sloped. We specifically asked for a ground floor room, which we were assured we had and the room they gave us was upstairs. The pillows were hard and lumpy."

"I will enjoyed the peaceful scerenity of the hotel ,I will be coming back soonest and I will like the staffs at the concierge to be security conscious, when you have a guest ,first protocol is to inform the guest lodged that there is a visitor looking for them not handing them a key to my room which was scary .please let staffs be properly trained about the safety of guests.thank you"
