"One of my favorite hotels, but the coffee bar was closed for remodeling and only reason why I subtracted a star. Also, lotion in rooms would be nice…unusual not to offer any."

"The hotel was very hard to find if you are driving your car. Then when you happen to find the hotel there is no place to unload your car. The parking is not at the hotel but in a garage two streets up and around the corner. The attendants at the garage are very helpful and nice. The garage is called Emerald Green Garage."

"The hotel and its facilities are a bit old, as is common with many hotels in New York, but everything is well maintained and in good condition. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Central Park and the subway, making it easy to get around the city."

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. My air was too cold in my room and someone came up to turn it up for me. The restaurant ‘Tick Tock’ was great for breakfast. Was affordable for a 2 night stay. Would book with them again. Very close to Penn Station and not far from Times Square."
