"Everything was fine but the room was not cleaned thoroughly. We found candy and chips nex t to the bed. Cat hair in the sofa. Allergies didnt allow my children to enjoy time in the room."

"We will never be returning to the Edgewater. We had some bad customer service. The car shuttle service was excellent, and the valet staff was friendly and nice. However, the front desk and the general manager failed us. When I called requesting housekeeping, the staff member had a language barrier and didn’t follow through on getting someone to come clean our room. We went two days without housekeeping despite multiple requests. I also asked twice to have the sheets and linens changed, and no one ever showed up. I ended up waking up with a rash on my face from the dirty bedding,. When we returned to our room, towels were everywhere and the garbage was overflowing. The manager showed up seeming like he had a stick up his a**, he was distasteful, dismissive, defensive and accusatory, he seemed offended that we’d ask for fair compensation for a bad experience on our wedding night. The front desk’s failure to follow through and the manager’s hostile attitude really ruined what should have been a memorable experience. 2/10 definitely not recommended."

"We came here becauae the first hotel we checked into was gross and we weren't staying. The front desk staff was wonderful and kind. The room was so nice. Bathroom was spacious, beds were very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Very glad we made the switch!"

"The first room we checked into had food in the freezer and the toilet wasn't working. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. It looked like the pictures on the website for the "studio king room." The pool was fun, but hadn't been cleaned overnight. There was foam from someone's pool toy all over the pool deck and in the pool. Finally we went to breakfast, and all of the empty tables were dirty. The food bins were empty, and the worker was just playing on her phone. She came out when I asked her if she could refill the trays, but she had to go and start heating the frozen food. We gave up and went out for breakfast. On a positive note, the room was quiet!"

"We didn't stay. Was fine with what looked like construction when we walked in but when we got to our room it was dirty- like it wasnt cleaned before we got there. There was a weird stain on the shower mat, the beds were mussed, there was a random key card left on the vanity and an empty toilet paper roll on the bathroom floor. Went to find the front desk staff and see about a differnt room, butthe more I thought about it the grosser I felt, so we left and found accommodations elsewhere. Was very disappointed- this place looked nothing like the pictures online. Felt like a bait and switch. "
