"Really good resort for families, we have 3 kids are they were very happy with the multiple pools and water features. The only thing that could have been better was the food, it was ok but going out and about we found much tastier and cost effective options. "

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've been booking hotels on a last minute basis, and booked the Hilton just ten mins before we checked in. Having stayed in this property before it became Hilton, we were a bit skeptical and worried that it was still the tired looking property. However I am pleased to announce that it has been very nicely updated. We got a free upgrade which was much appreciated, service though not the most personable, was more polished than the grand hyatt. The room was truly sound proofed, which helped because of the nearby construction. The cliff tower had a great view of the Harvest Moon and the surrounding ocean. Lovely stay, and the food was great! "

"Very friendly staff, quiet rooms even though located in busy area in Seminyak. Close to the beach and offers a free shuttle. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting easy access to everything. "

"We nearly didn't book this as the photos were undwhelming but we went on the reviews thankfully and thoroghly enjoyed our stay! The resort is well organised, super clean, has lovely friendly staff that communicate well and can't do enough for you. The food is great, with the buffet breakfast being the best we've had! Close to the action - highly recommend. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12) :)"
