"The location couldn’t be better. The rooftop deck area has absolutely amazing views. The staff is excellent very professional and accommodating. Parking was nice. They were in the process of minor renovations. New wallpaper in the hallways with new baseboards. I’m always happy to see improvements being made to provide the guests with a fresher experience. "- room was excellent and very comfortable. - staff was very friendly and helpful. - breakfast was excellent. - enjoyed the decor in the room and in the hotel. - the pioneer square link station is just outside the hotel. - pike market is walking distance from the hotel. - in general, lots of dining places nearby. - one sad thing was the problem of homelessness that was evident in the neighborhood. many seemed to be high on drugs but did not cause any problems."

"Unique historic property in a great location. Our room was quiet and spacious, with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. We left our car in their garage and walked ( or took the subway) where we wanted to go. The waterfront, Pike Place market, and the International District are all within walking distance 10-15 min). "We absolutely loved our stay. This was my third stay there and certainly was not disappointed. The beds are the most comfortable ever, the room was quiet, and we loved the lotion.
