"This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. "You could not get in the back doors.The keys never worked. And they never did anything about it. Also, my daughter was walking through the lobby Several times talking to the staff about the keys and she went out to the car and she fell asleep.The staff said they never saw her.This was 3am in the morning. If the staff talks to somebody three times in the a m and a frantic mother asks them, have you seen anybody?And they say, no, all of our safety is in jeopardy At this location"

"Pros: First look lobby looks pretty. Cold AC in room. Toiletries provided. Cons: Carpet in room felt sticky and there was a wet spot near the bed. The tub faucet had hair on it, no complimentary water bottles, only one elevator is working. Breakfast was okay but not so much tea packet selection and almost empty. Breakfast area furnitures are already peeling."

"I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room. "The room was clean. Didn't have interaction with the staff except the guy at the reception desk. He didn't say much. There's no breakfast included...not even a donut or coffee. I think there was a spot to purchase food but not sure. Room temp was fine. My handicap room was very roomy & the bathroom easily maneuvered. We just needed a room to sleep overnight in so in fit the bill on that."
