"Room smelled of urine, after it was cleaned it smelled ok, but the urine smell returned. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Lots of rules, can’t take breakfast back to room, can’t eat in the lobby. I heard the word forbidden so many times. I asked for two wine glasses and they gave me juice glasses… they have a bar. Parking garage is a huge challenge getting in and out using a car lift. Our car was fairly small and it was still a challenge. The staff has to assist you to get your car out....

"Absolutely no sleep to be had in this hotel. It's party central on the street outside full of drunk people shouting and roaring. We gave up as it was still going on at 6am when we left. Theres little sound proofing fron outside and the inside wall beside the window is window is rotten with damp. Ear plugs provided are a bad sign and no use. While I'm sure not the fault of the hotel, a guest had deffacated in the lift. This is not a 4 star, it's a 1 star in a noisy huge open air drinking...

"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. La hubicación es buenisima, lo tienes todio a mano andando."

"Al volver ya de madrugada al hotel, nos encontramos con la puerta de la habitación abierta de par en par y con las luces encendidas. Afortunadamente no había nadie dentro y nuestros enseres parecían intactos, pero el susto y la sensación de inseguridad fueron terribles, apenas pudimos conciliar el sueño. Las explicaciones sobre esta negligencia en la recepción nos han parecido insuficientes teniendo en cuenta el malísimo rato que hemos pasado. Solo espero que la dirección del hotel tome nota...

"Central location. Small and crowded rooms, subpar A/C, TV located across the armoire with channels only in Spanish. Reception bar was never open during the two nights stay."
