"Went in not knowing what to expect. We were immediately greeted by staff to help us with our bags, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated.
That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. The staff at check-in were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival process pleasant. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and provided a comfortable stay for the night.
