"I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or restful night.
Here is why:
Incredibly Noisy: The noise levels here are awful. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from the hallways and neighboring rooms, making it impossible to get any peace and quiet.
Dirty Carpets: The carpets were visibly filthy and stained, giving the entire room a neglected and unhygienic feel.

"The hotel is in a great spot to access the historic centre. It’s really very well run and all the staff were friendly and super efficient. I hardly ever have a comment to make about the cleaning staff but Gloria serviced our room and not only was attentive to what we were using and replaced as needed with extras (eg coffee)but tidied our things and made the room look immaculate.
