"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and transportation. I also really loved the hotel’s style and wall art, which made the place feel charming and unique. "Extremely noisy and unable to sleep until well past 23.30 hrs when the bar shut. Even after that, water noises and pipes rattling. The location was good for our purpose of visit and rooms were decent with tea/coffee and a good size towel provided. Aside from the noise, the lack of Reception staff and communication between management and Reception/cleaning staff needs to drastically improve! My daughter,a student in London, stayed the night before we arrived and arranged WITH MANAGEMENT via email...
