"Check in was very easy, called the buzzer & a guy came down & quickly showed me to my room. Said he was available 24/7 on the phone number dotted around the property too.
Room was a mixture of things, bed was very comfortable with clean bedding and I slept very well.
The room I was in needed some tlc, skirting boards coming off the walls, walls need repainting, shower floor was covered in something, silicon needed replacing, floor had lots of dents and needed replacing in the bathroom.
Amenities in the room were great, iron, ironing board, kettle, fridge, table & chairs, hand wash, shower gel & plenty of toilet rolls.
I feel this place really could be so great with a bit of a facelift, it wouldn’t take much.
The kitchen & living area was great which meant I could actually make myself some dinner using the facilities provided. The communal fridge was also very well stocked with breakfast items for guests to cook at their convenience which was a great idea. People seem to keep this area clean too.
Check out was simple. Just a quick drop off at reception.
The property was just a short walk from the high street or Norbury & close to the train station. Plenty of takeaways close by as well as a coop, Iceland and a Lidl further up the road."
