"Fantastic location and price was good for that otherwise I would not have been happy. Room was not ready till 4.30pm. On paper the duplex room was large but layout is not good so doesn’t feel like a lot of usable space to get ready. Beds too soft, not comfortable, shower drainage bad so have to switch off or lower shower pressure halfway to avoid flooding. I would not stay here again."

"Location is fantastic, right next to Liverpool station. Lots of space, large living room and kitchen. Would do well with a foldout couch with all that space. Rooms are just right. Easy walk down to tower bridge, lots of good food near by."

"The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...
