"Everything thing was great, but the breakfast was horrible, it was cold, dry, hard, and the wait time was ridiculous. We waited 2 hours for it, and we did not even get one of our juices. There was only one staff member working breakfast, and it was hard for her."

"The location and price were great. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaints were: the bathroom floor wasn’t clean; and the carpeting was damp due to humidity."

"The room was bigger than expected. Location was great. Only complaint is our keys stopped working on day 2, we didn’t notice till 11pm when we got back for the day and we waited 10 minutes for someone at the front desk. A kitchen garbage can would have been a nice addition."

"The staff across the board were excellent! Very helpful and extremely courteous. Only issue is had was the parking garage and fees. Be prepared to have a 259 dollar hold on your card for that and damage fee that you should recieve back within a few buisness days"

"The room was clean and larger than average. We had a pull out couch in addition to our 2 Queens, which was so helpful. With an almost adult son and daughter, we could all have our own sleeping space. The bathroom vanity could have been a little bigger but there was a nice shelf below for more space. The staff was universally nice, whether at the front desk, the valets, or the housekeepers. The full FREE breakfast was great. They even had healthier options every day like turkey bacon or...

"Front Desk Ebony was amazing but when asked for a late check out for us the property manager was so nice about it. I loved ebony she was great her hospitality was wonderful and she was phenomenal give her a raise. Thank Ebony for everything."
