It’s an adorable space but if you have a few suitcases, don’t bother. Who’s idea was it to have NO lifts?! It was a battle to yank my luggage down the stairs to my room and then up again the next morning. Really not good enough, knowing travellers are almost guaranteed to be carrying something. My room was deep in the basement and the narrow corridors and extra doors made it gruelling to get to. Don’t stay here long term in summer months — it’s a sauna in the LG studios, although my room had a door that opened up to this communal garden which others had access to which somehow didn’t feel safe (even with the heat, the door looked like it could be opened from the outside and I was terrified of rodents). You get a teeny kitchenette and very small fridge. Thankfully, a tower fan was provided which was the only silver lining.

My room 205 was clean and comfortable but pretty small . Good for one person and Perfect for a short stay. The coffee bar, microwave, mini fridge, and complementary tea and coffee was a nice touch. No elevator, which can be difficult with big luggage. Be sure to download the BOB. W app for easy check-in, door code and to unlock your room because of keyless function.

I didnt mind the electronic chwck in. It worked very well. Comms were very good.The public areas are beimg worked on, which is a good thing. My room was adequate and well equipped, but just too tiny for my liking and comfort. I'll be back but will book q bigger room jext time.

La habitación estaba bien, con muchos detalles (café, infusiones, tapones para los oídos, esterilla de yoga, discos desmaquillantes y bastoncillos para los oídos...). Como puntos negativos, el ruido que había (ventanas nada insonorizadas, con lo que en nuestra habitacion que da a a la calle el ruido para dormir era tremendo). También que hacía demasiado calor en la habitación y no se podia ventilar.

Man hat alles, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht, weshalb es auch in Ordnung ist, dass das Zimmer ziemlich klein ist, da sich eh nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten wird. Nur der Lärm von der Straße ist relativ laut, sodass das bei leichtem Schlaf stören könnte.

It takes a bit to get used to lack of hotel staff as everything is through your phone but bob w does contact you through whatsapp amd gives youbthe codes to your room and tips for your stay. there is a bus near that takes you to the train where you can access most landmarks in the city.

There was some confusion about obtainng the door code on my first night so i had to make the decision to book the hotel up the road for the night. I finally got an email from the staff the morning after and i was able to get into the building. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but i managed it. Other tennants were quiet so the only noise i had was the occaisonal police car going past the building. This place was a good value overall and i would stay there again.

Good stay in Bob W Olympia, great response from the team on WhatsApp. Nice facilities in the room, clean and comfortable. Just one note if you are very sensitive to outside noise, it can get noisy if you have a room facing the main street. At least they provide you with ear plugs.

Great stay in the West Kensington area. The apartments are clean, beautiful, and cozy. Small, thoughtful details like personalised cards, local coffee, and shortbread make you feel welcome. Very close to the London Olympia events place. A few parks are nearby to enjoy nature. Walking distance to a few underground stations helps to plan your commuting easier.

Ok but …

It’s very basic and simple but our room was by a noisy road. It did have facilities to heat food and also a fridge. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. No aircon so summertime I believe you’d need a window open for fresh air and ensuing road noise There were several emergency vehicles with sirens which were quite disturbing because of the noise. It’s a great concept but I would not use it again.
