Disgusting

Absolutley disgusting do not advise anyone to stay here, we came here for one night and when we arrived we were met by a woman at the door who told us this was her sons home and we couldn’t actually stay here. No communication from owner, luckily we managed to find somewhere else on another website.

Possibly the worst accomodation we've stayed in in London. Shared toilets (not in description), shower not working, unclean bathroom and bedroom, unsecured doors. No communication with the number provided wither. Avoid!

Billig og sentralt for deg som ikke er kresen

Sentralt og billig. Passer for deg som bare trenger et sted og sove. Du må dele bad og toalett, det er sjelden kø der. Manglet dusjsåpe, ble ikke fylt på. Manglet dopapir ved én anledning. Kjøleskap, mikro, vannkoker, TV med Netflix-app. Litt lyder, men sånn er det å bo sentralt. Litt lukter som siver inn av og til, røyk og indisk mat. Renhold ok, men de orker ikke å vaske under senga mellom hvert opphold (lav seng). Låsen på døra var simpel. Passer for deg som vil bo billig og sentralt og som ikke trenger luksus.

The listing as stated at the time of booking, and at the time of leaving this review, was horribly inaccurate, so for the reference of others, let me make a few corrections: - There are no communal kitchens coffee/tea makers are "only for higher cost rooms" which is not stated in the listing - Refrigerators are not provided - A microwave is only provided if you ask the cleaner very nicely - Bathrooms only provide showers in the form of a stand-in bathtub, horrifically inaccessible - 'Flat-screen television' is an exaggeration for sure - There is no oven - There is no kettle These same incorrect amenities listings also appear on Expedia. Other notes: - The floor of the bath creaks when stood on, which is unnerving. - The hot water tap in the bathroom does not work - The flush button on the toilet is broken - Missing window pane in the bathroom - No sink plugs Worst of all is the disrespect from the manager when you contact to complain about these lies. No offering of compensation or refund on a cancellation, no offer to sort out any missing amenities, slow to reply. The manager is incredibly inhospitable and unprofessional, we couldn't believe our responses. Even going so far as to acknowledge that the listing was incorrect but that this was somehow not his fault. All in all the rooms are livable and clean, but they were so inaccurately represented that it severely dampened our london stay. Beware of these inaccuracies before choosing to book here.

Demasiado caro para lo que es

Cuando llegamos había gente en nuestra habitación y nos dijeron que fuéramos a la que quisiéramos. En la página web pone que hay nevera y microondas y cuando entremos no había ninguna de las dos cosas. Las sábanas estaban sucias. Por último, que no os engañen el baño es compartido

Der Check-in und Check-out war extrem entspannt, lief alles top. Das Zimmer war in einem top Zustand, gab's absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Höchstens das Bad könnte Mal etwas Sanierung vertragen, war aber insgesamt OK. Absolute Empfehlung,gerne wieder!

Good Value for Money

Cheap stay - it’s very clear what you get on the tin when you book and overall I can’t fault the stay for the price. My only minor irk is that there was no mirror in the room so you have to use the shared bathroom

great hotel! the manager is presented he was great! Close to the city center, very lively area, we loved it! we will come back! thank you ! I recommend ! do not trust the negative reviews this is not a 5 star but to sleep is more than enough!

Best to avoid

The locations good, but there’s cigarette butts on the floors, the showers are in poor condition and the locks on the doors are unsafe. There’s a tv on the wall which doesn’t work, no hair-dryer, the toilets are not cleaned. Best to pay more or take lodgings from more far away from the central, not worth it.

The property was very hard to find and in a VERY rough and scary area, was petrified to stay there and there was very little to no help and advice from the property manager. Appalled to have spent £60 on something so awful

Excellent value with shared bathroom facilities. Very clean. Could do with complementary tea/coffee to go with the kettle. Crockery and cutlery would be more use had there been a kitchen to go with them - but good if you have a takeaway! We were in Room 1 on the first floor overlooking Brick Lane on a Saturday night. It was very noisy, but cheap and where we wanted. We'd have no hesitation about staying here again.

Helt klart värt priset

Min dotter och jag bokade ett rum här i panik. Vi hade bokat ett annat innan som var under all kritik, både området och boendet. Så under dom 15 minuterna som vi var på det boendet så bokade vi det här. I jämförelse så var det här utmärkt. Det här låg centralt och bra, nära Liverpool street så man kunde ta sig överallt. Det fanns olika restauranger på gatan och nära till butik om man ville handla dricka eller något att äta. Vi blev glatt överraskade av sängen, mjuk och skön. Rummet var rent när vi kom dit. Det var lyhört ut mot gatan så man hörde folket från gatan ganska väl så är man känslig för ljud så kanske man kan boka ett rum utan fönster. Toaletten och duschen var rena även om standarden inte är vad man är van vid i Sverige. Trycket i kranen var väl inte det bästa. Hjälpsam personal. Vi är mycket nöjda. Vi var i London för att göra stan och bokade ett rum för att förvara våra saker på, då var det här ett bra alternativ. Vill man vara på hotellet mer så ska man nog lägga ut mer pengar och skaffa ett finare boende.

Not worth it

I let a message the day before as suggested on hotel.com but nobody called back. Once there I called again, no answer. we were left at the door in the rain. then an Italian woman came. She had the same problem could not get in. Nobody answer the phone. Finally after 3 pm someone answer the phone gave us the door lock code to get in. To our surprise the rooms had not been cleaned. we called again. He told us someone was coming to clean the room, so we had to wait about an hour before having access to the room. There is 2 fridge the first one did not work the second had an horrible smell, we never opened again. then we realized that there was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. Called again, we were told that only 6 rooms have a coffee maker. Also this is a shared bathroom which was not indicated on the website. There was no info as to how to connect to the wifi, called again, finally he decided to email me the info containing password and door code. Also there was a rattling noise at night until about 2 AM. The only positive about this place is that it is clean, the man who works there cleaning the room is very helpful. The management could not care less about it's services.
