5-star satisfied
Charming welcoming staff and the room was beyond immaculate. Six power points in the room, a huge plus! I’d certainly stay here again and happily recommend it.

Front desk person at check in was very nice However, first room assigned smelled like smoke. Heavy heavy smoke. If the room had been recently cleaned there's no way they should have assigned it. We were reassigned to another room few flight of stairs no Lyft. It still smelled like a smoke but wasn't too bad. It was a cold December night in London, their heat radiator is centralized. They mentioned that it comes in every 2 hours, but could give us a heater. After sight seeing, we asked for a heater, the guy at the front reluctantly gave us a heater but it did not work. Never could turn it on. Switch doesn't work .We were so cold, we slept with several clothes on. Since we were there for 2 days, we just didn't bother complaining anymore. The carpet looks dirty.the second bed in the room had a stain on the sheets. Random door with a locked key in the bedroom don't know where it leads, but had a bright reflected light that brightens the whole room while sleeping. The space between the toilet and the wall does not fit anyone taller than 5 ft. A lot smaller than the typical European standard.

Not suited for more than a stay over a weekend
There were stains on the bedcovers. It did not seem very clean. It had old carpets which were dusty. The rooms were in the basement, it was ekstremely warm in the room and hard to turn off the radiator. It was smelly. There were no pressure in the water. It was very noise- you could hear everything going on outside the hotel and inside the hotel. The location was good and the staff was kind.

Uncomfortable and just bad, one star motel at most
It was a really bad stay.. The rooms were very uncomfortable, there was no trashbin for the bathroom you had to throw bathroom trash items in the big bin in the room which is not hygienic. The floors in the room were so lumpy it felt like there was missing floorboards and the carpet in the room was very dirty and rough. The bathroom had a weird type of faucet waterfall design where u could see dirt in it which was very concerning, bedsheets had spots and dirt on them, but on a positive note the cleaning lady was very helpful and nice i think she was the only good thing about this experience! The walls of the hotel was not soundproof at all, you could hear people talking/yelling and walking by the room or in the stairs like it was right in the room with us. The door was broken by the lock so it looked like someone broke in the room. it was just a very uncomfortable visit and i would not recommend it to anybody im afraid.. The staff was very nice but the quality of the hotel was just very very bad. I had other photos but they were too blury!

We stayed in a spacious twin-bedded room. Room was tidy and beds comfortable. Hotel is next to a busy road, but being out most of the day, the noise didn't affect our sleep. Easy walking distance to bus stop or Underground (Kilburn 10 min walk - Greek bakery Opa highly recommended for a breakfast snack to go). Pro: comfy beds, tidy room, perfect choice for our travel reason Con: toilet seat needs to be fixed permanently, at some days there was a strong smell (cannabis?) in the entrance area, towels weren't changed during the stay

A good value hotel
This hotel is great if you're looking for a value option. You get everything you need. I've paid much more for similar quality hotels. I would stay again. This may not be the best choice for a hot summer night, no air conditioning and close to a main road.

I stayed in the single room and I really liked the setting of the room, especially its bathroom and toilet. However, its a shame the room hasn't got a refrigerator for cooling milk, veg, etc.

The place was not the cleanest. When we first got into the room it had a bad/weird odor, we had to open all windows despite it being cold. The area is not the nicest. We did not feel the safest walking outside past dark. You get what you pay for here. It was okay, but i wouldn't stay again

The room was spacious and clean? Which i was a bit scared dut to other comments. Our room was seperate from others so should have been the quieter, but we could here the tv above us playing loudly. Because it was supper hot as well, and there was no ac or fan, we had to leave the window open which was no problem, at frist.... we woke up several time early like 1/2/4am... with noise outside that would make you feel like it was inside your room. Even at some point we just here a big splash of water that sounded that they were splashing water at us... We didnt talk much with staff but they seemed okay, not bad. The bathroom was cleaner than i thought it would be, but there was no lock on the slide door... (ensuit double room) All in all, it was a good room, we just need it to be a bit quiter to have a good night rest.

Disappointing stay. Older property with minimal upgrades. No water pressure 3 rd floor. Changed rooms 1st nite due to bug infestation. Manager Sunny, did his best, but with both hands tied. Gave us a two nites free which was a show of good faith. NOT a good neighborhood.

Excellent for what we wanted room for very convenient for Wembley stadium only 4 stops on tube and a short 10 minute walk to station from hotel was a bit noisy outside but unavoidable really as on main street .but overall perfect for what i needed for my trip to wembly
