A very quick overnight stay. Very clean. Good size bed. Everything is controlled by electronics. There is a video on the television that explains how to use everything.

Wife’s birthday weekend.
Lovely hotel. If you love your tech, you will love the systems they have in place. Room was very cold during our stay even though the rest of the hotel was very warm. Spoke to reception who were very helpful. Even after their intervention still cold and the room never really warmed before we left. Perfect location for the Apollo Victoria Theatre. If you are ok with a 15 minute.

Just ok.
Lovely hotel with good and disappointing aspects. Staff were really friendly and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately room was way too hot and we couldn’t cool it down. Bathroom door didn’t shut and the shower was really awkward to use. The tech they have invested in is annoying and a little over the top. The room also smelt as if someone had been smoking. The room is on floor -1 and there is a little courtyard outside so maybe people are smoking out there and bringing the smell inside. Breakfast was ok although nothing is kept chilled. For a hotel with such a high rating I would have expected something really special.

Lovely Stay in a Fabulous Boutique Hotel
An amazing stay in a lovely boutique hotel in a very smart and quiet part of London. We received a very warm greeting on arrival and our request for a slightly earlier check-in was accommodated without question. Our only (minor) constructive criticism was that the downstairs space was on the warm side, making it uncomfortable to spend any time there.

Kommer vilja komma tillbaka!
Vi var jättenöjda med vår vistelse på hotellet. Det låg nära Victoria Station som har ankommande tåg från Gatwick alt. bussar till alla (?) flygplatser. Promenerade in till stan alt. tog buss/tunnelbana. Väldigt tysta och mysiga rum. Vi valde de något större rummen och det kändes perfekt för mer än 1 natt. Vill definitivt komma tillbaka.

Hotel di alto livello, situato in centro in ottima posizione, vicino ai trasporti pubblici, in una strada poco trafficata. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e tranquillo. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli. Sicuramente una struttura da consigliare.

Fantastic hotel!
Absolutely superb stay! From the friendly staff who really made a difference and couldn’t do enough to fabulous ultra modern and quiet room. Brilliant central location not only for the station but to walk to the main areas in London. The food was excellent too. We will definitely go back.

Over-engineering in some aspects - the room electronics - and under-engineering for human use in others - bathroom sink and floors - meant that the five-day experience was somewhat less than enjoyable for us. Some electrical defects reported to the front desk when discovered. None were addressed. Perhaps if the room designer were forced to spend a week in their creation, they may have made some system changes. Possibly they too would have grown tired of having the curtains open when attempting to turn on the bathroom lights... The Eccleston Square Hotel is a fine-looking establishment, but is probably aimed at a more specific clientele than a couple of boomers from Los Angeles. There is little warmth in the overall design - the floor tiles leading to our room were so optical they looked like something from the 1960's Prisoner or Avengers TV series. Google them for reference.

Had the best time in London and our choice of hotel was a big part of it. Great location...steps to excellent food and transportation. An Excellent place to stay.

The staff was great. The high tech stuff in the room was not needed including the tablet. The room was quite small and not a lot of room for storage.

Lovely boutique hotel in an amazing location
Beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable beds, lovely facilities. Only thing I would say, it would be nice to have some complimentary teas and milk available considering the price of the hotel per night.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was quiet but provided easy access to tourist sites. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, and the integrated room technology - tablets in each room for orientation and information - was fun to use. While the Eccleston has a modest menu, we loved the halloumi sandwich we had after a late night arrival. Ibrahim welcomed us and made us feel comfortable as we ate in the lovely lounge. On two mornings we enjoyed breakfast served by Ali, including the best Americano coffee of our trip. We would highly recommend the Eccleston Square hotel to friends and family.

This was a nice and clean hotel in good proximity to Vitoria Station. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would have preferred a seating area with a chair or too, but the room was not quite large enough for that. I just did not like having to sit on the bed.

The Eccleston Square Hotel London is known for its sleek, modern, and contemporary style, which is reflected in its decor, amenities, and overall atmosphere. The hotel offers a range of facilities and services that cater to the needs and preferences of its guests. However, there are some downsides to this hotel that are worth mentioning. One issue is having to ask for ice when served one of their £14 Gin and Tonics, which can be inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, while the electric underfloor heating is a plus feature, we were unable to turn it off within the bathroom, which can be uncomfortable due to the fact that the AC didn't work. We also had to sleep with the curtains and window open, which can be bothersome for those who are sensitive to noise or when it's warm during spring temperatures. A final grievance was the cleaning of the room, which was way below the standard for this sort of hotel. Dirty coffee cups were left uncollected, and a cleaner's cloth was left in the shower. Overall, while Eccleston Square Hotel London offers a stylish and contemporary experience, guests should be aware of the limitations that could be encountered during their stay. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is a chic and modern London experience and can only improve if people leave reviews.
