Clean and tidy with helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant was pub fayre of a good standard and met my needs. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room was fine but, perhaps, starting to look a little worn around the edges. All in all I was happy with my stay.

The staff were excellent - very friendly and caring. The room was a little small but was OK for a 2 day stay. Very convenient access for Croydon centre.

Complimentary breakfast despite slightly late arrival staff went out of their way to ensure that we had one .Thank you ! Didn't expect extra pending amount on card for incidentals but clearly explained at check in and thankfully not used. Great hotel.

Great staff, convenient hotel could be improved
Newly built hotel, very handy for the Thameslink trains to and through london and Gatwick airport. Rooms very tight to move around in. No bath and shower just about adequate. Staff are really, really friendly. Hotel is let down by the area and the gym. Area not great to walk around on your own. There's plenty of eating opportunities but no classy places. As for the gym. 1 runner, 1 bike and some weights in an area about the same size as a small bedroom does not make a gym! BTW I booked here instead of Leonardos over the road as this propety advertised a gym, which I wanted to use as the streets aren't so safe on night.

Place was easily found. Once there staff was ok. We had a ok stay my only problem was we weren't told about the £30 holding fee till we got there and nook in. Then i was told it would refund back to my account once we book out. Which never happened i call 4 days after and was told it would take longer because we book out on the weekend. Away from that it was a ok stay

Really lovely staff and great service overall. Unfortunately one of the front desk staff had terrible body odour which was off putting when sitting in the bar. But the bar was nice and the food really good. Room was great overall but I did notice that the hand soap and body lotion dispensers would leak onto the surface next to the sink and weren’t cleaned at all during my 3 night stay. I also think that a Hilton brand hotel in Croydon should have umbrellas to loan their guests! But overall it was good value and very convenient for my needs

Mise à part le chef en cuisine qui est adorable j’ai vécu un séjour horrible , tout d’abord la chambre ne dépasse pas 10/12 m2 avec un enfant vous êtes les uns sur les autres . Trop chère pour ce qu’il est vous serez mieux dans un ibis . Oublier l’enseigne hilton c’est peut être l’équivalent d’un formule un en France !!!! Ensuite l’emplacement en famille avec un enfant c’est impossible car 30 min de train plus métro et bus . Le soir si vous souhaiter sortir et prendre un Uber ou Bolt personne ne vous prendra même à 50€ la course donc obliger de prendre un taxi jusqu’à Victoria soit 66€ donc vous amortissez votre séjour à l’intérieur de Londres avec un hôtel moins chère surtout que juste le billet de train et métro compter 10€/j par personne juste aller et la même pour le retour . Bref passer votre chemin ne conviens pas au touriste souhaitant visiter Londres juste pour escale à l’aéroport . Petit pas de service la restauration je n’en parle même pas !!!!! Un séjour catastrophique payer 1000€ pour 3j

hotel booked by my dad for me and my son due to him playing football at 10am saturday so not to travel over 125 miles we got the hotel the staff were very welcoming and very helpful our room was clean and nice and warm breckfast was first class warm and hot and plenty off it thank you for a nice stay

Friendly welcome and excellent staff throughout. Good for one night. Bed could have been more comfortable and hotel generally too hot. Very convenient for East Croydon station.

The hotel is literally 2 mins walk from East Croydon Station and 15 mins by train to city centre. Staff extremely friendly and breakfasts is amazing fresh and tasty. I had an amazing experience.
