We never got to stay at this property due to electrical issues, so they moved us to a different place which had a good buffet breakfast.

La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza estaba bien y el personal agradable. Lo único malo es que no tenía ascensor y nos tocó la habitación en la última planta, las escaleras eran bastante estrechas e inclinadas, y la fianza (que no es poca, 50 libras y unos 59€ al cambio) de momento no me ha sido devuelta...

The room was huge, which was great for my 3 daughters and who were on a 10 day 4 country adventure. We were able to open our suitcases and still had plenty of room to walk around. The location was quiet. It was a little further from the sights we wanted to see.

A lovely, inexpensive boutique hotel in a charming London neighborhood. Near Hyde Park, Bayswater Tube, and Paddington train station, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and moderately priced - a terrific value. Kuldeep and MK were very helpful. I needed to print documents and store luggage, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this spot.

Really enjoyed our short stay (we stayed for 2 nights due to work). Only problem was that the wall isn’t very soundproof (we could hear next door’s mumbles but thankfully neighbours are as courteous). Housekeeping daily and clean overall.

Very small rooms, but cleaned every day. The hotel was quiet and safe. We had one issue with leaking from the shower above us and it was promptly addressed. It was a reasonable distance from the Paddington station - a little challenging to get an Uber. But overall, I do not regret choosing it as my budget friendly place to atay

Staff friendly. No lift and my room on 3rd floor. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. When I used the keycard for extra lights in the room, a box above the head of the bed, on the wall, emitted a low 'buzz like noise that went on for hours. I didn't sleep due to this. Only BBC1 n 2 really worked properly, the other channels had interference.

Kleines Zimmer, Badezimmer sehr modern, Betten eher durchgelegen. Unterkunft zentral um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten für einen Städtetrip zu erreichen. Haltestelle in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Wie beschrieben, klein und fein. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell an der Station Paddington, wo man sehr gut vernetzt ist und Lebensmittel/Restaurants/etc. hat. Für einen Städtetrip super geeignet. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig, sonst ist alles sauber und gut.

Small good value room, good value breakfast.
I stayed in a single room. Not very big and abit hot. There was a fan though, Slept very well in a comfy bed. Really enjoyed the breakfast. It is very good value.

Excellent, comfortable hotel
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and good size room. I had room B03 in the basement which was so quiet. Absolutely perfect and I would be happy to stay again and recommend to anyone. It was 5 mins walk to the Bus at Lancaster Gate and 10 mins easy walk from Bayswater tube. Charming staff. I didn't actually have breakfast but it is available.

Don’t know where to begin, love this place!! Staff was very friendly, allowed us early check in, helped with our luggage and housekeeping cleaned every single day!! Would most definitely recommend staying here as it is close to all the station, plenty of dining options, and we have an overall great experience!!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch customer service experience during their stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Good stay, a few improvements needed
Easy check-in and clean. All was well, they just need to get a lift as going up 4 floors can be tiresome especially if one has bags. The sound proofing needs to be improved as I could hear guy in room next door snoring!! And stairs need to be refurbished and evened out.
