False advertising no luxury for £88 :(

It was my worst stay ever and its supose to be luxury apartment IG1 False advertising Broke 2 nails trying to open key code box :( Tv wasnt working lucky i had my ipad Cold cold room 1blanket 2pillows Freezing cold-3that night Front door fire hazard dont open easy carpet new And no handle to pull from inside Nightmare Not good

The unit was very nice and cleaned regularly. The host was easy to talk to and helpful whenever needed. Nice amenities, room and building condition. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station; very convenient location. Would recommend!

Absolutely Fantastic!

From the welcome we received when we first arrived to the farewell after our stay, everything was fantastic. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming yet professional. The apartment was amazing. Much bigger than expected and it had everything we needed in a great location. I would absolutely stay again. I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for making our stay in London even more special! Just a shame it was only one night! :)

Spacious unit, with separate kitchen, living and bedroom. secure apartment, plenty of places to eat and buy groceries, no phone in the unit, kind of strange specially when you are visiting from outside the country. They have to a better job at informing the guests about how to contact in case of emergency and where the keys are kept and how to unlock the apartment etc, our flight was delayed and we didn't have any info about where to get the keys, who to contact etc. if not for the taxi driver we would have never figured what to do

Not a place to stay in, even for a night!!!

Well, let's see? No A/C!!! A washer but no dryer! Rug was frayed!! Privacy door missing! Trash around street left by undesirables roaming the streets until the weeee hours of the morning!!!! Constant sirens!!! Located in a bad section of Ilford (if there is a good section) Constantly checked on rental for vandalism!!! We were given 1 fan for each appartment to keep cool. Refrigerator did not work properly( bottom was warm, top small freezer was a block of ice. Sleeping was almost impossible!! Appartments are surrounded by inner city(Bronx,NY like) disrict businesses with local riff raff hanging out! You might get stabbed in this area!! Thanks Expedia for hooking me up with this 4 out of 5 star vacation property!!!

It was really a pathetic apartment and behaviour of ur manager was v bad there were no lift in the apartment I requested your manager twice or thrice that my wife and brother couldn’t use stairs due to heavy weight but he gave us apartment on third floor I stay there14nights and only three times they clean the apartment there was a leakage in bath room and no came to repair

After 20 hours fly arrive the London in the morning they let us check in straight a way. The apartment is very warm and comfortable. We were very happy to stay in there. Wifi is good. Local supermarket have very thing you need.

Last resort hotel

Half of our towels were not clean, and it wasn't hard to control the tempurature in the room. There was no real way to contact the front desk, which is not in the apartment when we needed something. There was a sign in the kitchen threatening to charge 20 lbs if we didn't keep the kitchen how we left it. I think that's odd of an hotel to charge you for dishes being in the sink. There's clearly no housekeeping there. The couch was half broken. The staff when we did run into them was pleasant and accommodating and is the only reason I didn't rate them a 1 out of 5. This is not a place I would visit again.

Nice spacious apartment in Ilford

Traveled with my mummy and my son. Accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly, they were always happy to help in anyway possible and resolved issues promptly. Location is really good, although not a posh neighborhood, there are lots of shops, a mall and train station close by. Would definitely stay here again and would gladly recommend it to other travelers.

Good facilities for the price

5 minutes walk from the tube, we stayed in a top floor apartment, 2 sets of steps to access. The apartments are well furnished but there are signs of wear and tear, in the carpet and some of the fixtures. The second bed is a pullout sofa bed that was very comfortable. TV signal was via a portable aerial and was difficult to keep consistent and wifi was slow and intermittent. Overall, decent value for money bit with a few bfs and pieces improved it could be outstanding.

Hôtel vraiment sympa, propre et très bon emplacement avec parking gratuit. Très bon rapport qualité prix. 15 minutes de liverpool station. Rien à dire à conseiller!!
