I did not like the traffic noise; the beds were unconfortable, tablecloth and tea towel were not available; receptionists were kind but the timetable of the reception was not suitable.

Apartment was clean, very close to public transportation. However, we have no hot water. We complained the first day we were there. We were told they fixed it but it took a very long time. The next day we still didn’t have hot water. Complained again. Wasted all morning to get it fixed. We flew over 8 hours and couldn’t even take a hot shower. Finally, we were moved to another apartment but wasted half a day of our very limited time in London. Even in the new apartment there was not enough hot water to take four 5-10 min showers.

Un peu dépité à l’arrivé car l’immeuble est un peu décrépi, la réception sommaire, le couloir d’entrée ne paie pas de mine mais après avoir ouvert la porte de l’appartement, changement de decor. Très bel appartement, très lumineux et immense. Le quartier est très sympa et neuf. Un immense centre commercial construit dans l’ancienne usine électrique permet de se restaurer, de flâner, de faire du shopping. Le métro et les bus passent à une centaine de mètres. Garder à l’esprit qu’en cas de budget limité il faut verser une caution entre 250 et 500£ à l’arrivée. Cette caution est remboursée rapidement après le départ. Je recommande

Très belle appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaire, propre et moderne, la station de métros ce trouve à 5min et la gare a 2 min je ne peut que recommander ce logement !

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y la zona era tranquila. El único punto negativo es que nos tocó el apartamento de la planta baja y se oía mucho el ruido de los coches por la noche.

This property is located at the worst road intersections. Car, Truck and motorcycle noise ALL night long. property is not bad, but boy oh boy, made the worst mistake booking this. No sleep!!!

The apartment itself was very nice but we didn't have warm water for a couple of time when we were taking a shower and they didn't really fix the problem even though we called them

Apt 75 - not great
Bright light right outside bedroom window, blind cords not working so couldn’t block out the light, lots of road noise. Floor was awful, creaking and felt like you were going to fall through when walking around. Sofa was a bit low for us. Kitchen was good. Location was good for US Embassy

Read the small print!!!
Apartment was clean comfy well equipped and spacious. Downside….. read the small print!!! Deposit of £250 is required of immediate payment on checking in! A deposit that nearly 24hrs later I haven’t got back even though I checked out before 8am. Also it was really cold and the radiators didn’t work nor the aircon on heat mode! We were in bed by 10pm to get warmed up.

We will definitely stay again. The property does need some maintenance work and any work that has been done is not of good quality (for example the corking around the shower, furniture, chipped). However, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The Power House shopping nearby is wonderful.

Arrived and couldn’t get in stood in the rain till someone came and opened the gate, very noisy and just blinds on the windows so very light, very outdated hardly any hot water after one shower there were 3 of us, Towels supplied but useless cheap and small for a bath towel, big dog running around d the courtyard wouldn’t stay again

The worst experience of our life. They over booked the hotel and threw us out after the reservation was confirmed. The most unprofessional rude staff we have experienced any where around the world. Vicious dog on premises that they use to scare the guests away when they want them to leave as the staff watches and laughs. As we were waiting in the driveway for our taxi they unleashed the dog from his collar and laughed as it barked at us and chased us from the gate. Never never never never stay there ever. Serious safety risk for children and humans in general

Fint hotel til familieferie i London
Hotellet er lidt slidt, men alt virker som det skal. Det er utroligt centralt med 2 stationer indenfor få 100 meter. Der er også mange buslinjer. Det gør det nemt at komme til det meste af London. Der er 2 supermarkeder indenor få meter, det samme gælder små lokale spisesteder. Der er også et stort flot mall indenfor få hundrede meter Vi havde nogle rigtig gode dag, med 2 voksne og 2 unge voksne.

You get what you pay for. The property was basic decoration. Large damp patches and a smell of drains. Noisy as hell as on a main junction, but not helped by staff leaf blowing and fighting a dog at 8am. Did a job, but won't be rebooking.

Careful on the "free onsite parking" thing
They have a car park on site but say that "due to ongoing work, this is unavailable". I saw no sign of any work but you only get this message after you have booked and the only option is non-refundable. It was a big part of why I picked this place. The apartments themselves are OK, but a bit tired now. My TV had no power cable attached nor was there one in any of the drawers either. The beds feel quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Not sure how old the mattresses are but they feel like a change is due. The priced I paid is reasonably reflective of the current position and it wasn't a terrible stay, but there is little to make me want to return.

Value for £ & central.
Polite greeting & staff. The apartment was clean & well provided with cable tv & wifi. The location was excellent & only 5 min walk from the subway & 15 from the American Embassy. Supermarkets are close which is handy. All in all well recommended .

Nice appartment. Lot's of space. From Gatwick, train to London Bridge, then tube to Battersea Power Station (black line). 5 min walk. A store is located 20 meters from the appartment.
