This was a family trip w/ our daughter. Upon arrival, we discovered that one of our rooms did not overlook the street. We asked them to arrange both rooms with a street view. The receptionist said that they had no obligation to do so. We insisted saying this was a family trip, the receptionist said yes, we can, but it will be on a different floor. When we complained, he said, 'You are complicating my job. ' We had to give in. The new room had a mobile a/c blowing cold air from the front and hot air from the back. (Condensed water was accumulated in a plastic container.) We went down and asked for another room. Eventually, the room was replaced after consulting the manager. At night, I asked for slippers at the reception. I was told that b/w 1-4 floors, slippers and bath robes are not included in the room price. Then, I requested to pay in order to get them. I was told it was not possible. I was told to book a room on a higher floor, which included these amenities and more. Maybe the night manager can help you was the last answer. I tried the same with him, and I was reprimanded for not booking a room with those amenities. The strange thing is my daughter got them just by calling the housekeeping. I believe that since our arrival, the reception had an attitude towards us, probably because we made the reservation through Expedia rather than their site.
