Wir waren auf unserer letzten Rundreise in vielen Novotels in Frankreich. Damals hatten wir sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Wiederwillig hatte ich mich dann in London wieder für Novotel entschieden und bin im Nachhinein sehr froh drüber. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal total freundlich und die Anbindung in die Innenstadt war ebenfalls super. Nur an einem Tag wurde unser Zimmer nur Alibi mäßig gereinigt und sämtliche Handtücher mitgenommen aber nicht aufgefüllt. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Parkplatz finde ich persönlich zu teuer für einen relativ unsicheren Parkplatz (da standen geknackte Autos rum). Unserem Auto ist nichts passiert und alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden :-)

Pretty far from the tubes, the WiFi was awful. One last thing the thermostat wasn’t working. It was a nice clean hotel though.

I feel and liked the hotel has a calm feeling from the staffs such as reception and cleaning staff. When the window is open, can hear lots of noise from the busy road but when the window is closed it sealed the noise away become very quiet. The hotel is sound proofed and the door doesn’t bang, I only hear slightly walking sound from up stairs a bit. Bed and pillows are firm which I like. Car park is underground can directly use the lift to the room but could not find the car park on first attempt. Stayed in a twin room.

Great hotel
Great hotel, very clean, breakfast and was good. Pool added bonus and not busy. Only down side is nearest tube station is 20 min walk away.

Verblijf van 4 nachten met 3 kinderen en was zalig! De kinderen hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bus naar de metrostations stopt aan de deur, je kan ook makkelijk wandelen tot aan de metro (ongeveer een kwartiertje). Supermarkt achter de hoek en ontbijttentje aan de overkant. Ideaal! Ik zal steeds dit hotel boeken als ik nog eens naar Londen ga, top!

Je n'ai pas eux ce qui avait été convenu sur le mail le changement de date jusqu'au 11 mars il na pas été notifiee une seul fois de le faire soit disant rapidement avant la date prévue j'ai donc perdu 409.90 si c'était si urgent pourquoi sogexia vous ne m'avez pas contacter comme il avais ete prévue j'aurais pas eu a perdre mon argent bêtement ???

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel London Brentford. The facility was clean, the location is convenient, and there is a nice restaurant on the premises. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

I really liked the modern and cleanliness of the hotel. It was also quiet despite being close to some busy roads. Staff were helpful, and I really enjoyed the use of the pool and sauna. They also have a small gym with cardio machines which is nice. It's within walking distance of South Ealing tube (~15) and Brentford rail station (~10) which was handy for getting around. I enjoyed the breakfast, not too much variety but the quality of the options was good. I didn't see too much in the area immediately around the hotel, but if you walk 10 mins in the direction of South Ealing tube station there are more shops, restaurants etc.

Great location to Kew Garden's in London. Easy to get to, very walk-able area. Overall, very modern facility, staff were great and very helpful. Didn't like the pillows.

Lovely stay
We had a wonderful stay! Completely exceeded our expectations. Lovely decorated hotel, clean and fresh. Rooms were comfortable. We ate at the restaurant the first night, the food was good. Breakfast, expensive but lots of choice. Convenient for getting to London. Bus right outside hotel, then tube on the Piccadilly line. Would recommend and stay again.
